Hi Guys!!!

Thank you so much for your interest in our Rep Search!! We are so honored that you would consider partnering with us!

We are looking for friends who love our brand to join our team! Our search is open to any boys or girls who are 0-13. Our next term will run from March - June 2017.

Our choices will be based on several things including:

1. Are You a Natural Fit for Our Brand?
We really want to partner with people who would buy our cuffs whether they are a team member or not. Ideally, these are kids who don't just wear them for photos, but wear them for real life, because their everyday style and personality are a good fit for our brand.

These are our personal preferences: We love tough, edgy shots but don't love it when kids look miserable. We love shots where kids look like they are having fun! We love lifestyle shots. Kids being kids and not perfectly posed high-fashion models? Perfect!! We love that! Does your kid enjoy taking pics more if they have a sucker or a rock or a stick with them? Awesome, we don't feel weird about any of that. We love it when girls look tough but not when it seems like young girls are trying to be sexy. We love that innocence that makes kids so beautiful and really care about preserving that as long as possible. Kissy lips because you're fierce or sassy? We're down with that, but we won't post the fishlips or pouts you see in Vogue. Let's let kids be kids!

2. Photo Style & Quality
All of your babies are beautiful! Most often, the reason a kid does or does not get selected is really more about the parent and whether the photos they take and styles they create are a good match for our brand. We love urban shots but that doesn't mean they need to all be super light backgrounds- we like those but we also love variety and bright colors, so the sky's the limit! Don't feel limited to one particular type of shot.

3. Which Brands You Already Work With
There are several other small shops who we love being styled with because the mamas behind them are amazing and the things they make are rad. If you currently represent any of those shops, it's extra fun to partner with you because our cuffs will be an easy, natural addition to the look and style you're already creating.

If you work with a shop that sells cuffs very similar to ours, we want to respect your loyalty to that shop and shop mama as well. 

4. Past History or Support
We're all about loyalty! We love keeping people around and I won't ever forget those first few reps who purchased from us and told their friends about us. If you've been supportive since we opened, we know who you are! ;) Sometimes people may have less amazing photos or less followers, but we know they geniunely love our shop and I love choosing those kids for our team! We're all about growing together!

5. Your Audience
There are all sorts of reasons we choose different reps to work with. Sometimes its to repost your photos on our feed. Sometimes it's to use your photos on our website. Sometimes it's because we think you'll style them in a new and creative way. Sometimes it's because you already have an audience in place who we think might like our cuffs! Most of our reps have a larger following than we do so we don't always feature photos on our feed if we feel like everyone who follows us has likely already seen them on YOUR feed! That doesn't mean we don't love and value your photos! It just means you posting them for your people to see is what we had in mind, and we love how you rock our products and tag us!

Now here's a breakdown of what the positions will look like:

Brand Reps
BRs will get a store credit to be used throughout their term for free product. It will cover product purchases, but they'll need to cover the $3 flat rate shipping with each order. They can choose to spend their full credit all at once or whenever they'd like throughout the term. If I can get my act together, they'll get previews of products and the chance to purchase them before they'll be made available to the public. They'll get a 40% off code to be used for anything including gifts for others. 

If you are selected, we will ask that you send original clear, crisp photos to us via email or dropbox after you take them, without being asked. We ask that these be at least 1500px wide x 1500px tall (the larger, the better!) so that we're able to use them across different platforms and outlets online. We post to IG in groups of 3 so we ask that you keep that in mind when shooting. Ideally we love at least two full body shots and at least one clear, close up of your cuff.

There is no purchase requirement or time requirement for photos. We are really so thankful for your help and want this to be fun and not stressful for you. If there's a specific product we are dropping, we may ask for certain favors pertaining to timelines, but overall, there's no huge rush to get us photos. Part of the reason we take on a big team is so that there are plenty of photos to choose from and you're able to place our products into your photos when it makes sense for you and the outfits you're shooting for other shops. 

We may ask for you to help us share posts online about sales or product drops, but again, I want you to share when it makes sense for you to do so. We'll ask that you follow us on all of our accounts that you currently have accounts for- for example, if you have FB and IG but don't tweet, just follow us there, you don't have to create a twitter account just to follow if it's not something you already use.

Brand Enthusiasts 
BEs will get a 35% discount to be used any time throughout their term, and we almost always send a freebie along when a BE makes a purchase. 

If you are selected, we will ask that you send original clear, crisp photos to us via email or dropbox after you take them, without being asked. CüffBaby Squad
If you are chosen to be part of our Squad, you'll get a code for 20% off to be used throughout your term. In exchange we ask that you tag us in your feed when you post photos wearing our cuffs! We may contact you to ask if we can repost photos and if so we'll ask that you send them to us via email or dropbox. You're also welcome to send us photos on your own so we have them to consider when we're planning our posts! 

There will be no miniumums or purchase requirements for Squad members!
